Job summary

UnionBank in Makati is seeking a Relationship Banker to acquire and manage client relationships, grow the portfolio, and deliver quality financial solutions with high compliance standards. You will lead sales calls, prospect new clients, manage pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service and client satisfaction.

A degree in business or finance and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Strong sales, prospecting, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong relationship and portfolio management skills with a client-service mindset.
• Results-driven, organized, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Willing and able to complete required regulatory certifications, including UITF Certification (UCP) and SEC Fixed Income Certification/License; existing relevant certifications are an advantage.
