Job summary

Avaloq Philippines Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join the Regulatory Reporting team. You will perform requirement analysis, design solutions and parameterize reporting in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Work location is Manila with remote options, and there may be on-site client projects across Europe and Asia. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, high-quality Swiss/European/Asian banking reports.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent Business degree.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent client-orientation and strong communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.
• Proactive, self-motivated with passion for learning and self-improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyse European Bank Authority EBA and Country Regulatory requirements.
• Develop standardized solutions with Reporting Tool such as Fire, WKFS, ABACUS or similar.
• Help clients comply with regulators like EBA, BCL, CSSF, SNB, FINMA, NBB, BDF.
• Build and parameterize regulatory reporting solutions in Avaloq in an Agile environment.
• Participate in implementation workshops.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships during implementation.
• Place of work Manila/Remote with potential on-site client projects across Europe and Asia.
