Job summary

Avaloq AG in Manila/remote is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join the Regulatory Reporting team. You will carry out requirement analysis, design solutions, and parameterize reporting flows for Swiss, European, and Asian banks.

In an agile environment, you will work closely with stakeholders across continents, participate in workshops, and help clients stay compliant with regulators such as EBA, CSSF, FINMA, and SNB.

Occasional on-site assignments in Europe/Asia may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory reporting and legal reporting domains.
• Knowledge of EBA regulations and cross-border reporting.
• Ability to parameterize reporting tools in an Agile delivery.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders across Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities

• Analyze European and country regulatory requirements.
• Design and parameterize regulatory reporting solutions.
• Support customer compliance with regulators (EBA, BCL, CSSF, SNB, FINMA, NBB, BDF).
• Participate in implementation workshops and Agile projects.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships during implementation.
