Job summary

ING in Manila is seeking a Business Analyst to support Granular Regulatory Reporting for AnaCredit, CRE, and other holdings reporting. You will analyze regulatory requirements, translate them into actionable solutions, and work with Finance, Policy, and Technology to deliver accurate reporting.

The role focuses on data quality, process improvement, and end-to-end testing, leveraging SQL and Excel in a collaborative, international team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 2–5 years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with regulatory reporting frameworks (AnaCredit, COREP/FINREP).

Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory requirements and translate into functional specs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Policy, and Technology teams.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers to deliver reporting solutions.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and investigate data quality issues.
• Contribute to data remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Execute functional acceptance testing and validate implemented solutions.
• Document processes for business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide second-line support for regulatory reporting processes.
