AboitizPower is seeking a Regulatory Distribution Finance Manager to oversee financial activities for Regulatory Affairs-Distribution Utilities (RA-DU), including ERC filings, tax pass-throughs, and compliance reporting. The role partners with internal teams to ensure accurate financial stewardship and timely delivery of regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial or management reporting, with strong leadership and knowledge of power industry regulatory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or Financial Management; Master’s degree an advantage.
• At least 5 years of financial and/or management reporting experience.
• Leadership: at least 3 years of team leadership or coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Certified Public Accountant, an advantage.

Regulatory Distribution Finance Manager

As Regulatory Distribution Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial areas of Regulatory Affairs-Distribution Utilities (RA-DU), which includes activities pertaining to rate and other cases filed with the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), tax pass-through, periodic reports and other compliance requirements and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with [team] to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Further responsibilities involve handling of draft and final issuances from the ERC and other relevant government agencies (including legislative bodies).The scope covers the AP DUs being served by RA-DU.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who can do:

• Financial Accounting and Reporting under Regulatory Affairs
• Management Accounting and Corporate Finance
• Written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentations
• Knowledge of the power industry set-up and regulatory processes
• Internal & external stakeholder management

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or Financial Management ,Master’s Degree (in related field), an advantage
• At least 5 years of financial and/or management reporting
• Leadership: At Least 3 years of team leadership or a role requiring coordination with internal counterparts and external stakeholders
• Certified Public Accountant, an advantage
