Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Regulatory Distribution Finance Manager in Makati to oversee the financial aspects of Regulatory Affairs-Distribution Utilities (RA-DU). You will handle regulatory filings with ERC, tax pass-through, and periodic reports while collaborating with internal teams to deliver compliant and timely results.

The role requires 5+ years in financial reporting, leadership experience, and strong communication skills, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities to influence energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s degree favored.
• At least 5 years of financial and/or management reporting experience.
• Leadership experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• CPA credential is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting and reporting under Regulatory Affairs.
• Oversee management accounting and corporate finance activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and teams.
• Prepare draft and final issuances for ERC and regulatory filings.
• Support tax pass-through and other compliance requirements.
