Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Supervisor in Cebu City to ensure strict regulatory compliance, accurate financial reporting, and timely remittances to agencies such as PSALM and TransCo.

You will perform regulatory financial analyses to support senior management in decision-making, planning, and rate-setting, and work with the Distribution Finance Group to deliver results while upholding ERC framework.

The role emphasizes audit, records management, and a strong compliance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related Finance field required.
• Minimum 3 years in Finance including 1 year in general accounting and 2 years in financial analysis.
• 1 year of team leadership experience in projects.

As Regulatory Compliance Supervisor , you will ensures strict compliance, accurate financial reporting, and precise remittances to regulatory bodies such as PSALM and TransCo. Additionally, it executes comprehensive regulatory financial analyses to empower senior management in strategic decision-making, long-term planning, and rate-setting initiatives. The role also involves compliance with the ERC Performance-Based Regulation framework . You will work closely with Distribution Finance Group to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• REGULATORY STRATEGIC FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

  • Develop/generate/prepare ad hoc financial/management reports, studies or simulation analyses to aid management in making various decisions (e.g. DSM Rate/ARR Analysis, MAP vs AWAT, etc.) and for budgeting purposes (e.g. CAPEX, OPEX amounts). Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.

• REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

  • Preparation and submission of required requlatory reports

• AUDIT, COMPLIANCE AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT

  • Supervises QMS, ERC, PSALM and TRANSCO audit requirements and monitor implementation of audit recommendations
  • Implement a file management system to make sure that documents can be easily retrieved and to prevent loss and unauthorized access or usage

• Project Experience: 1 year team lead position.
