Job summary

GCash, a leading FinTech company in the Philippines, seeks a seasoned Regulatory Compliance professional to lead oversight of regulatory obligations and advise internal teams on product compliance. The role covers policy design, reporting oversight, and collaboration across departments to ensure robust compliance practices.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in regulatory compliance, strong knowledge of BSP, AMLC, and SEC regulations, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Business Administration, Life Sciences).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of BSP, AMLC, SEC regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and compliance management software.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Oversight: Track non-AML regulatory issuances and obligations; assess programs, processes, and products for compliance.
• Internal Advisory Services: Guide internal stakeholders on proposed products and services; prepare reports for management.
• Policy Making: Design and implement compliance policies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory Reporting Management: Oversee timely and accurate regulatory submissions; manage inquiries and audits.
• Additional Responsibilities: Support overall compliance strategy as directed by AVP, Regulatory Compliance.
