Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA certification is an advantage.
• At least three years of experience in SEC compliance, corporate governance, audit, financial reporting, corporate finance, regulatory affairs, or investor relations.
• Strong understanding of SEC regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in a publicly listed company, real estate developer, audit firm, or regulated industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate timely submission of SEC reports, GIS, disclosures, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support corporate governance initiatives, Board and Committee activities, and compliance programs.
• Assist in preparing annual reports, sustainability reports, and corporate disclosures.
• Coordinate investor relations activities, including presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor changes in SEC regulations, governance standards, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain corporate records, governance documents, and compliance databases.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and external stakeholders on reporting and compliance matters.
• Prepare management reports, governance updates, and compliance documentation.
