Job summary

Bridges of Hope Cebu is seeking a compassionate Registered Social Worker to support individuals and families throughout the recovery journey. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide counseling and case management to residents and their families.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals and community partners, you will maintain documentation and advocate for reintegration, while adhering to professional standards in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registered Social Worker (PRC Licensed)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in rehabilitation or mental health is an advantage but not required
