Job summary

Noah and Eve Kapitolyo is seeking a Registered Nurse (Specialist) to support our clinic operations in Pasig. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Noah and Eve Kapitolyo is looking for a Registered Nurse (Specialist) to support our growing clinic operations.

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing safe and professional nursing care, assisting physicians during aesthetic procedures, monitoring clients throughout their treatment, and ensuring compliance with applicable Philippine laws, professional standards, and clinic protocols.

The position will also support the clinic in maintaining high standards of patient safety, infection control, treatment quality, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nursing responsibilities in accordance with Philippine laws, professional standards, and clinic protocols.

• Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures and treatments.

• Conduct appropriate client assessment and monitoring before, during, and after procedures.

• Administer treatments and medications within the nurse's legal scope of practice and in accordance with physician's orders.

• Monitor and document client responses to treatments and promptly report any concerns or unusual findings.

• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient records and treatment documentation.

• Ensure proper infection-control, sanitation, safety, and emergency procedures are consistently followed.

• Properly prepare and handle medical equipment used during treatments and procedures.

• Monitor medical and treatment supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.

• Provide clients with appropriate post-treatment care instructions and guidance.

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of treatment areas.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, clinic staff, and clients.

• Support the clinic in maintaining high standards of patient safety and service quality.

• Participate in training related to aesthetic procedures, equipment, clinic protocols, and other relevant areas.

• Perform other nursing-related duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and current PRC license.

• Good clinical judgment and strong patient-safety awareness.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and a patient-centered attitude.

• Knowledge of infection control, sanitation, and proper handling of medical equipment.

• Willingness to undergo training on clinic-specific aesthetic procedures, equipment, and protocols.

Preferred / Advantage:

• At least 1 year of clinical experience.

• Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or wellness clinic is an advantage.

• Experience assisting physicians during medical or aesthetic procedures.

• Experience in patient consultation, assessment, aftercare, and treatment documentation.

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

• BLS, ACLS, or other relevant emergency-response training is an advantage.
