Responsibilities

• Obtain comprehensive patient data through interviews and vital signs.
• Assist dermatologists in aesthetic and laser procedures.
• Conduct skin assessments and prepare patients for treatments.
• Administer prescribed medications, IV therapies, and topical treatments.
• Perform laser and non-invasive aesthetic procedures safely.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions for patient safety.
• Operate, clean, and maintain dermatologic equipment per safety protocols.
• Monitor and document patient progress in medical records.
• Educate patients on skincare routines and product recommendations.
• Engage in sales negotiation and service upselling (without hard selling).
• Maintain a clean, organized, infection-free clinic environment.
• Coordinate with medical and administrative teams for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.

• With 1–2 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or a related clinical setting.

• IV Therapy-trained (with valid IV therapy certificate).

• Excellent communication skills and patient-handling skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Obtain comprehensive and relevant patient data through: (a) interviews; (b) accurate measurement of vital signs, including pain assessment; (c) the use of advanced assessment techniques focused on a system-based approach; (d) correct interpretation of data obtained from monitoring equipment; and (e) accurate interpretation of diagnostic results.

• Assist dermatologists in performing aesthetic and laser procedures.

• Conduct patient skin assessments, obtain medical histories, and prepare patients for treatments.

• Administer prescribed medications, IV therapies, and topical treatments in accordance with the doctor’s orders.

• Perform laser treatments and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures safely and effectively.

• Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to ensure patient safety and optimal results.

• Operate, clean, and maintain dermatologic and laser equipment in compliance with safety protocols.

• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate updates to medical records.

• Educate patients on proper skincare routines, recommended products, and preventive care.

• Engage in sales negotiation and service upselling to increase clinic sales and improve patient satisfaction (without hard selling).
