Mulberry Medical is hiring a Remote U.S. Primary Care Nurse Case Manager in Manila/Cavite area to support U.S. providers and patients from home. The role requires 1+ year of nursing experience, active Philippines RN license, and ability to work U.S.
hours. Training in Manila/Cavite is provided, with hotel accommodations paid if needed. Equipment and supervisor support are provided. Candidates should be organized, compassionate, and able to communicate clearly with patients and U.S.-based staff.
Mulberry Medical is a fast-growing U.S.-based mobile primary care practice serving older adults and medically complex patients in their homes. We are building something different: a clinical care model that brings back the nurse-doctor-patient relationship.
Our Manila-based nursing team plays a critical role in supporting our U.S. providers and patients every day. This is not a call center role. This is a clinical nursing position for RNs who are organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to think ahead for the provider and the patient.
We are hiring 5 additional Registered Nurses to join our existing Manila remote team.
Applicants must be able to start within 2 weeks. This is a firm requirement.
Applicants must also be available to attend 2-3 days of in-person training in the Manila/Cavite area before working fully remote. Mulberry Medical will pay for hotel accommodations during the training period, if needed.
As a Remote U.S. Primary Care Nurse Case Manager, you will help prepare the provider, support the patient, and close the loop after each visit.
Responsibilities include:
Calling patients before their scheduled provider visit to confirm appointments.
Reviewing and preparing the patient chart before the provider visit.
Asking about recent ER visits, hospitalizations, specialist visits, medication changes, or new concerns.
Requesting and loading outside records when needed.
Identifying clinical updates that the provider needs to know before the visit.
Supporting the provider by keeping charts organized, complete, and ready.
Calling patients after the provider visit to follow up on instructions, referrals, medications, labs, imaging, or other next steps.
Helping ensure patients feel heard, supported, and connected to their care team.
Communicating clearly with U.S.-based providers and operations staff.
Documenting accurately and professionally in the electronic medical record.
We are looking for nurses who take pride in clinical work and want to be part of a long-term team.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience.
The ideal candidate is:
A licensed Registered Nurse in the Philippines.
Residing in Luzon (Open to Luzon-based applicants only; applicants from Visayas and Mindanao cannot be accommodated at this time).
Available to work U.S. business hours (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Manila time, Monday - Friday).
Available to start within 2 weeks.
Able to attend 2-3 days of in-person training in the Manila/Cavite area.
Comfortable speaking with patients by phone.
Excellent in English communication, both verbal and written.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Clinically curious and able to identify important changes in patient condition.
Comfortable using electronic medical records and multiple online systems.
Previous experience with electronic medical records is required.
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently from home.
Compassionate with elderly and medically complex patients.
Able to follow processes while also using good nursing judgment.
Experience with U.S. healthcare, primary care, case management, chronic care management, home health, hospice, palliative care, hospital nursing, utilization review, or BPO healthcare accounts is helpful, but not required for the right candidate.
Full-time remote work from home after initial training.
Company equipment provided.
Direct support from a Manila-based supervisor.
Training provided by Mulberry Medical leadership and our in-person training team.
U.S. hours required.
Must have a quiet, professional workspace and reliable internet connection.
Mulberry Medical values our Philippine nursing team and treats them as a core part of our clinical operation.
We offer:
Competitive full-time compensation.
Consistent weekends off to support work-life balance, with optional rest day overtime opportunities based on business needs.
Employment through our Employer of Record partner.
Government-mandated benefits and tax compliance.
13th month pay.

Company-provided equipment.
Paid hotel accommodations for required Manila training, if needed.
Ongoing training and leadership support.
Monthly performance bonuses may be awarded based on company and individual performance.
Long-term career opportunity with a growing U.S. healthcare company.
At Mulberry Medical, our nurses are not just checking boxes. They are helping rebuild the relationship between the nurse, the provider, and the patient.
Our patients are older adults who often need extra help navigating their care. Our providers depend on the nursing team to prepare the chart, identify important updates, and help make each visit more meaningful.
