What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active nursing license.
- At least 1–2 years of nursing, healthcare, or clinical experience preferred.
- BPO, healthcare account, medical coding, utilization management, case management, or insurance experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical documentation, and healthcare processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and patient-care skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling medical information.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable handling high-volume calls, inquiries, and healthcare-related cases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, EMR/EHR systems, CRM platforms, or other healthcare-related software.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Willingness to work in a BPO environment and follow assigned shifts, including night shifts, weekends, or holidays when required.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
