Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Healthcare Team Leader to supervise on-call operations and ensure timely responses within a healthcare environment. You will maintain records, escalate urgent issues, and align client expectations with service delivery.

The role requires 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Zoho, Airtable, and Monday.com. On-site Clark Pampanga location.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM tools: Zendesk, Salesforce, Zoho, Airtable, Monday.com.
• Willingness to work on after-hours on-call schedules.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of healthcare operations or patient care standards is an advantage
