Job summary

A wellness and beauty clinic in Taguig is seeking a licensed nurse to provide client care and execute treatment plans. Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse or IVT Certified.
• Experience in dermatology is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned in VISTA MALL TAGUIG.

Job description

Responsibilities

• •Greet and receive clients
• •Assist clients on their needs every visit
• •Screen client according to their needs and complaints.
• •Gather data and information of clients
• •Share excitement and genuine interest about beauty and wellness with the client
• •Educate clients about treatments, services and offerings
• •Provide clients education and explain pre-requisite medical conditions before the treatment to the client (if applicable – ask for doctor’s recommendation before treatment).
• •Provide awareness on medications like indications, dosage, and side effects and on taking good care of their client’s health
• •Recommend specific treatments needed by the clients and thoroughly explain the importance and benefits of a specific treatment
• •Ensure that all clients have informed consent/waiver signed all pages.
• •Obtain and record client's Vital Signs
• •Ensure client’s stable well-being before treatment
• •Ensure that all applicable treatments to clients are properly coordinated to the Management
• •Perform standard execution of prescribed treatments to clients
• •Perform intravenous insertions/therapy and consultations
• •Provide excellent customer service to all clients who are undergoing various treatments
• •Maintain the happy spirit all around the clinic
• •Remind clients of remaining treatments and inform them to avail the center's promos
• •Clean and prepare the clinic including but not limited to sterilizing instruments and equipment and safekeeping of those materials every clinic hour.
• •Keep and file the records of the clients.
• •Maintain and review accurately and completely patient records charts and other pertinent documents.
• •Encode or log use of supplies of all clinic transactions or treatments.
• •Help prepare clinic transaction reports (e.g. Inventory of Stocks and Census/Appointment Report, Statement of Account or Due Payments) and submits the same to the Accounting Staff for checking
• •Inform immediate supervisor of any defective machines, and inconsistencies in the clinic
• •Perform inventory of supplies or stocks
• •Recommend purchase of necessary clinic supplies and materials to maintain minimum stock levels for review of the Management.
• •Sales motivated and eager to follow on client’s progress
• •Assist colleagues and doctors before, during and after treatment
• •Manage the reception in the absence of Front Desk Staff.
• •Perform other position related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting.
• •Up sell and offer after care products and other services
• •Monitor and maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• •Assist in monitoring and maintaining equipment’s good condition
• •Report any necessary concern on the branch
• •Submit required reports as requested by the management

Qualifications

• Has bachelor's degree in Nursing or any related course
• Must be a licensed nurse or IVT Certified
• Must be able to perform facials, lasers, & IV treatments
• Experience in a dermatology industry is a plus
• Willing to undergo training here at IDARA head office Q.C at least 1 month with free staff house
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to be assigned in (VISTA MALL TAGUIG)
