Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science.
• Licensed/Registered Medical Technologist.

• Ability to work accurately under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, prepare, and analyze patient specimens using standard lab techniques.
• Conduct tests across hematology, microbiology, chemistry, immunology, and blood banking.
• Ensure accuracy by following protocols and quality control.
• Record, interpret, and release results to physicians.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments.
• Observe safety, infection control, and confidentiality.
• Participate in proficiency testing, audits, and quality improvement.
• Assist in inventory management of supplies and reagents.
• Provide guidance or training to interns or new staff when needed.
