Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Civil Engineer (RCE).
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, STAAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and other relevant engineering software.
• Knowledgeable in quantity take-off, cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
• Skilled in project planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good leadership and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to conduct site visits and work in a construction/project environment.
• Willing to be assigned in Dumaguete City and Canlaon City.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost estimates, budgeting, and cost monitoring.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and compliance with approved plans.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure construction activities meet engineering standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Evaluate materials, workmanship, and completed works for quality compliance.
• Identify project concerns and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare progress reports, project updates, and other required documentation.
• Assist in contractor and supplier negotiations and coordination.
