Job summary

Thrive in the Philippines is seeking a Regional Technical Trainer to develop, deliver, and reinforce MSP training programs. You will coach employees, identify performance gaps, and equip teams with knowledge to consistently deliver high-quality service to clients.

You will work with directors and managers to tailor coaching plans, create learning resources, and update materials to reflect MSP best practices and evolving client requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an MSP environment.
• Experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or team leadership.
• Strong understanding of MSP service delivery, ticket lifecycle, SLAs and escalation procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback while maintaining relationships.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience creating training materials and learning resources.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify coaching opportunities.
• Comfortable working with employees at varying skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for employee coaching and ongoing skills development.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training opportunities and performance trends.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions for underperforming employees.
• Develop individualized improvement plans with measurable goals.
• Design and continuously improve onboarding and training programs.
• Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base content.
• Reinforce best practices in customer service and ticket management.
• Track progress and report outcomes to leadership.
• Stay current with MSP processes and technology updates.
