Signature Lines, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the operational performance of Levi's stores within SM and drive sales growth. You will lead Store Heads, manage store operations, and ensure customer engagement to deliver business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Managerial experience in sales, preferably in fashion or apparel.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Dynamic, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute store-level business strategies, including sales forecasting based on store performance trends and market opportunities.
• Identify, implement, and monitor business plans that drive KPIs and sales growth.
• Monitor sales performance of assigned stores and address underperformance with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Merchandising for stock supply and ensure stock allocations support sales.
• Oversee cash handling, Accounts Receivable, and delivery cash controls; ensure compliance with policies.
• Train and develop store teams to drive performance and communicate with top management.
