Qualifications

• 5–8+ years experience in consumer finance, fintech, or retail sales in the Philippines.
• Proven experience managing multi-layered field organizations.
• Strong understanding of BNPL or installment financing models.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver regional targets for sales and performance metrics.
• Manage and develop Area Supervisors and Sales Field Risk Officers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive merchant acquisition and maintain strong relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive regional reports and stakeholder management.
