Aboitiz Foods in Cebu seeks a Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategy and targets across all territories within the region, driving growth for Pilmico and Gold Coin brands through strong leadership and training of the sales team.

The ideal candidate has 3 years RSM experience or 5 years sales experience, and a degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science with business management background; will coordinate region-wide efforts to expand market share and profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in a related industry in an RSM capacity or 5 years of sales experience in any industry.
• Graduate Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science with background in Business Management.

Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the execution of sales strategy and sales targets by managing and integrating, all territories within an assigned region through continuous training, development and motivation of his/her sales team toward agreed objectives and the achievement of prescribed sales targets within an allocated budget to generate business growth, achieve profitability and increase brand value. The primary role is to expand the Pilmico footprint in the livestock industry.
