You will manage accounts, coordinate pricing, monitor market movements, and ensure timely deliveries and cash collections through close collaboration with Supply, Pricing, Operations, and Accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience (fuel industry preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of the Central Visayas market.
• Proven track record in acquiring accounts and managing relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly driven and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales volume and monthly targets through active account acquisition and development.
• Build and maintain strong account pipeline; convert prospects into active buying accounts.
• Monitor competitor pricing, supply movements, and provide accurate market intelligence.
• Recommend price positioning aligned with market conditions and company strategy.
• Manage client relationships, address concerns, and ensure service reliability.
• Oversee sales process: price offer, SO endorsement, ATW coordination, DN validation, and delivery monitoring.
• Coordinate with Supply, Pricing, Operations, and Accounting for smooth execution.
• Monitor AR, ensure timely collections, and resolve payment issues.
• Submit timely reports: sales performance, pipeline, pricing, and market updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit terms, and approval processes.
