Job summary

FWD Life Philippines is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive regional sales targets within the insurance sector and to build a high-performing team in the Philippines.

You will coach and empower managers, nurture client relationships, and implement strategic initiatives to deliver KPIs while maintaining excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of solid managerial sales experience in insurance or banking or related industries.
• Strong ability to motivate, inspire and lead a team to deliver sales targets and KPIs.
