Job summary

FWD Life Philippines is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead and motivate a high‑performing sales team in the insurance sector. You will drive strategies to meet ambitious sales targets and KPI goals across our life insurance portfolio.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, with at least seven years of managerial sales experience in insurance or banking, and strong relationship, coaching, and communication skills to influence at all levels of the organization.

• Minimum 7 years solid managerial sales experience in insurance or banking or other related industries
• Able to motivate, inspire and lead a team to deliver sales targets and achieve KPIs.
