Job summary

FWD Life Philippines in Manila is seeking an Area Sales Head to lead a team of financial solutions consultants and drive sales targets across bank partners. The role focuses on relationship building, coaching, and market expansion.

You will mentor FSCs, enhance selling skills through field work, and apply managerial techniques to achieve growth while maintaining high standards of customer engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree graduate.
• Minimum 3-to-5-year solid managerial sales experience in insurance or banking industry.
• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, creative and keen to details.
• Able to motivate, inspire and lead a team to deliver sales targets and achieve KPIs.
• Relationship management at middle and senior levels.
• Able to coach, train and develop both individuals and teams to improve their performance.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at middle to senior levels in an organization,
• Excellent planning and execution of initiatives Strong problem solving and decision‑making skill.
