Job summary

GLOBAL PLAY HUB INNOVATIONS CORP. in the Philippines seeks a Regional Public Relations Coordinator to support public relations, external communications, community engagement, partnerships, events, sponsorships, CSR programs, and on-ground activations.

You will be an effective communicator and resourceful problem-solver who can coordinate with barangay officials, partners, suppliers, and communities, balancing office and field work while handling multiple activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Advertising, or related field.
• Experience in PR, marketing communications, events, community relations, or field coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel and work during events, weekends, or outside office hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in public relations, marketing communications, external relations, and community engagement activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with barangay officials, community leaders, partners, suppliers, promoters, and other stakeholders.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of events, sponsorships, CSR programs, and on-ground activations.
• Coordinate event logistics, including schedules, materials, manpower, venues, and requirements.
• Identify solutions to challenges encountered during projects and field activities.
• Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, correspondence, and activity documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project implementation.
• Represent the company professionally during events and external engagements.
• Willing to travel and work during events, weekends, or outside regular office hours.
