Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior Occupational Safety and Health leader to oversee OSH across Philippine locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk management. You will lead Safety Officers and emergency responders while partnering with Operations, HR, Facilities, CRE, and government agencies.

You will also support Regional Corporate Real Estate operations, coordinating safety-related actions, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to maintain a safe, resilient 24/7 workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or OSH.
• DOLE-recognized OSH training and SO3 certification.
• 8+ years of OSH experience in large organizations.
• Experience in regulated environments (24/7, financial services).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine OSH regulations and DOLE reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the OSH program.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine OSH, fire and life safety regulations.
• Oversee risk assessments, incidents and corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response teams.
• Provide leadership to Safety Officers, First Aiders, and emergency responders.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Facilities, CRE, and regulators.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and reporting.
• Support CRE regional real estate operations from a safety perspective.
