• 5 years of experience outside the studio.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management.
• Experience managing multiple teams and skill sets.
• Evidence of growth and ability to grow accounts.
• Record of re-signing accounts.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative, open minded and non-political.
• Proven ability to communicate with junior to senior levels.
• Discretion with confidential information.
