- D44 seeks a Regional Occupational Health Physician to act as Sanitary Officer and clinical authority for a portfolio of Amazon sites in Mexico. You will supervise On‑Site Medical Representatives, oversee regulatory documentation, and lead health surveillance programs. You will collaborate with the Regional Medical Lead to implement evidence‑based health programs, standardize protocols, and drive improvements in associate health outcomes

Qualifications

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Medical degree from a Mexican institution recognized by SEP.
Specialty or postgraduate training in Occupational Medicine, Epidemiology, or Public Health.
Minimum 2 years of occupational health experience.
Legally authorized to sign regulatory filings and assume personal legal responsibility.

Responsabilités

Serve as Sanitary Officer and clinical authority for multiple sites in the sub-region.
Sign and maintain regulatory documentation; ensure NOMs and labor/health law compliance.
Provide physician supervision to nursing staff (NOM-019-SSA3-2013) and review RTW plans.
Oversee medication governance, formularies, and COFEPRIS-aligned protocols.
Lead epidemiological surveillance, prevention campaigns, and heat-stress strategies.
Mentor OMR staff; standardize protocols and documentation across sites.
Participate in Monthly Business Reviews and coordinate with WHS, PXT, Operations, and Legal.
