Job summary

Lodha is seeking an experienced MEP Design Lead to drive delivery across the Central Zone region. You will oversee Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing disciplines, coordinate with architects and contractors, and mentor a multi-disciplined regional team to ensure compliant, efficient, and value-driven designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in MEP design for large-scale developments including coordination with architects and contractors.
• Proven ability to lead regional design teams and deliver compliant, cost-optimised solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design delivery across the region for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.
• Mentor and manage a regional team of MEP design managers and engineers.
• Coordinate regional design strategies with the MEP Design Head and cross-functional teams.
• Champion design innovation, value engineering, and sustainability best practices.
• Drive standardisation of design deliverables, specifications, and details region-wide.
• Oversee pre-contract and post-contract design activities, ensuring timely, accurate submissions.
