Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Marketing Professional in Metro Manila to promote the Vehicle Lifetime Solutions range and drive demand. You will manage brand visibility at the point of sale, organize in-market activations, and adapt regional campaigns to the local Philippine context.

You will collaborate with local agencies, plan training sessions, and track KPIs such as leads and event participation, ensuring brand guidelines and company policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing for fast-paced multinational consumer or B2C products.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
• Excellent command of English and project management skills.
• Proactive with ability to work independently in multinational groups.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (VLS) range to drive demand and sales.
• Ensure brand visibility at POS with signage and campaigns.
• Execute in-market activations: partner meets, retailer engagements, launches, events.
• Adapt regional campaigns to local Philippines dynamics.
• Align marketing with sales priorities; support lead gen and follow-ups.
• Plan and support technical training sessions and engagement programs.
• Collaborate with local agencies, event partners, and suppliers.
• Track KPIs (event participation, leads) and report insights.
• Maintain Schaeffler brand guidelines and comply with policies and regulations.
