Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related financial services sectors.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing P&L regionally.
• Strong business development and sales acumen with revenue growth
• Deep understanding of Singapore or Hong Kong financial planning markets and regulatory landscape
• Excellent leadership and people-management capabilities
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market strategy and business plans to drive revenue growth in Singapore River Central Region
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of financial planning professionals
• Oversee regional office operations, including financial management and performance metrics
• Establish partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance market presence
• Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance across operations
• Report regional performance to senior management and support strategic planning
• Lead business development initiatives to expand client base and introduce new solutions
