Job summary

TigerUX is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead multi-site store performance across designated deployment areas in the Philippines. You will oversee recruitment, training, and staffing, while ensuring SOP adherence and effective communication between stores and regional leadership.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in retail or multi-site operations, strong leadership, KPI and budget management, and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail, fast food, or a similar multi-site operational environment.
• Strong people leadership with 3+ years of experience managing store managers and teams.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and performance monitoring.
• Experience overseeing multiple store operations and supporting new store openings.
• Ability to analyze KPIs, manage budgets, and drive business results.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to ensure operational consistency and high standards across multiple locations.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in sales, productivity, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
• Must have experience in F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits, review operational performance, and discuss findings and action plans with Store Managers.
• Provide support and guidance to newly opened stores to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure effective implementation of local marketing and promotional activities.
• Facilitate effective communication and documentation between stores and the regional office.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business conditions within the assigned area.
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and staffing of store personnel.
• Train and develop Store Managers while ensuring the effectiveness of store-level training programs.
• Manage leave schedules of Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to support operational needs.
• Recommend Store Manager candidates and provide performance-based staffing recommendations to management.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to operational and business improvement initiatives.
