Job summary

INGCOPH TRADERS INC. is seeking an Internal Auditor based at INGCO Matina, Davao City to perform field audits and inventory verification across the Mindanao region. The role requires frequent travel and a strong focus on internal controls and compliant reporting.

You will review sales, financial, and inventory transactions, prepare detailed working papers, and follow up on corrective actions with branch personnel and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience in internal, field, or compliance audits.
• Understanding of internal controls and accounting principles.
• Experience with branch audits and inventory verification.
• Ability to review sales, financial, inventory movements and docs.
• Proficient in Excel and audit reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Willing to travel across Mindanao and based in Davao City.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across Mindanao branches.
• Perform physical inventory counts and stock verification.
• Review transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Examine documents to identify discrepancies and control weaknesses.
• Evaluate branch compliance with policies and controls.
• Investigate variances and audit concerns.
• Prepare audit reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate with branch personnel and departments.
• Follow up on corrective actions.
• Identify operational and financial risks and suggest improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and submit timely reports.
• Travel frequently within Mindanao region.
