Job summary

INGCOPH TRADERS INC. is seeking an Internal Auditor to be based on site at MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan.

You will strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and manage audits across financial, operational, and inventory activities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and 1–2 years of audit experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement in accounting, finance, internal auditing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant internal or external auditing experience.
• Good understanding of auditing principles, internal controls, accounting procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Experience reviewing financial transactions, inventory records, operational processes, and supporting documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled internal audits of financial, operational, and inventory-related processes.
• Review company transactions, records, reports, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform physical inventory counts and verification, and reconcile results against company records.
• Evaluate internal controls and operational procedures, identifying process gaps and areas for improvement.
• Investigate discrepancies, variances, unusual transactions, control weaknesses, and potential operational risks.
• Prepare complete audit working papers, observations, findings, recommendations, reports, and summaries for management.
• Coordinate with departments to gather information and supporting documents during audit activities.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions for identified audit findings.
• Recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and enhance business processes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company records, financial information, and audit results.
• Perform other internal audit, compliance, and operational review duties assigned by management.

About the role

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, Internal Auditing, Business Administration, or a related course.




• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, operational audit, or inventory audit.




• Strong understanding of auditing principles, internal controls, accounting procedures, and compliance requirements.




• Experience reviewing financial transactions, inventory records, operational processes, and supporting documents.




• Knowledge of inventory verification, physical counts, reconciliation, and discrepancy investigation.




• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.




• Strong analytical, numerical, investigative, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to accuracy and completeness.




• Good communication and coordination skills when working with different departments and operational teams.




• High levels of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality.




• Ability to work independently while managing audit schedules and deadlines.




• Willingness to work onsite at MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan.
