Manulife is seeking an IT Security Manager to lead end-to-end information risk assessments for Asia markets and provide security consultation to project teams. You will review risk assessments, analyze designs for security gaps, and guide stakeholders on mitigations.

The role develops regional risk frameworks and promotes a standardized risk program across markets. You will partner with BUSOs and control functions to drive centralized, automated risk processes, and support incident response,

Formación

• University degree in information technology, cybersecurity, information systems, risk management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive information security management or IT risk experience.
• Hands-on risk assessments for projects and BAU operations with risk acceptance.
• Knowledge of security incident management, access reviews, DLP, vulnerability and patch mgmt.
• Understanding of confidentiality, integrity, availability, and zero-trust concepts.
• Ability to create governance, reporting, and escalation processes across stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate complex issues into risk statements and actions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end information risk assessments across Asia markets.
• Review assessments for consistent risk methodologies and quality.
• Analyze designs, data flows, third-party arrangements for risks.
• Translate findings into clear risk statements and mitigations.
• Monitor risk treatment plans and elevate unresolved risks.
• Develop regional risk assessment framework, playbooks, templates.
• Promote risk program and guide BUSOs and assessors across markets.
• Provide information security consultation to project teams and partners.
• Collaborate to centralize, standardize, automate risk processes.
• Establish governance for CoE services, reporting, escalation paths.
• Deliver centralized security and risk activities within service levels.
• Support incident management, especially DLP, with response teams.
• Provide regular status and risk updates to stakeholders.
