Job summary

Manulife seeks a Cybersecurity Manager to join the Asia CISO organization under the BUSO CoE. You will lead end-to-end information risk assessments across Asia markets, review assessments for quality, and translate findings into practical mitigations.

You will also develop regional risk frameworks and provide security consultation to project teams. You will partner with BUSOs and control functions to standardize processes, support incident response, and ensure governance across market programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of cybersecurity experience.
• 3+ years as an Information Security Officer or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident response and control frameworks.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred; GCIH is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Information Risk Assessments across Asia markets.
• Review risk assessments for consistency and quality.
• Analyze designs, data flows, and third‑party arrangements for risks.
• Translate findings into actionable risk statements and mitigations.
• Monitor risk treatment plans and governance escalations.
• Develop and maintain regional information risk assessment framework and playbooks.
• Provide security consultation to project teams and stakeholders.
