Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional HSSE Lead to provide operational leadership across multiple facilities in the APAC/SEA region, with a focus on health, safety, security, and environmental programs. The role requires deep local market knowledge and the ability to adapt global HSSE standards to local regulatory and cultural contexts.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Business Admin or related
• Professional HSSE certifications (NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, CIH, IOSH MS or equivalent)
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSE program implementation across multiple facilities within the region
• Ensure consistent application of safety standards
• Manage local HSSE team including Site Safety Officers
• Drive regional HSSE strategy with local adaptation
• Coordinate permits, licenses and regulatory reporting requirements
• Lead incident investigations and emergency response activities
• Interface with clients, landlords and building management teams
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
