Qualifications

• College graduate with HR-related degree.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, or admin support is an advantage.
• Familiar with HR documentation and government-mandated benefits.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize employee 201 files, HRIS records, and documents.
• Assist in recruitment, screening, onboarding, and deployment requirements.
• Coordinate employee benefits, payroll-related tasks, and HR documentation.
• Prepare and monitor employment contracts, disciplinary records, and exit clearances.
• Maintain regional databases, company records, and reports.
• Coordinate with Head Office and other departments on HR matters.
• Perform other administrative and HR duties as assigned.
