Job summary

DWS, part of Deutsche Bank, is seeking a Senior Regional Finance Analyst to support financial reporting for APAC entities from Manila. You will coordinate with regional teams, assist auditors, and prepare regulatory and internal reports. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance-related field is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends.
Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and maintain ethical data use.
Collaborative but capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

Review month-end results for APAC entities and coordinate with Manila teams and onshore stakeholders for accurate financial reporting.
liaise with auditors and ensure accuracy of Financial Statements for statutory annual audit.
Prepare reports including tax-related requirements for regulatory submissions.
Produce internal reports/variance analysis and provide commentary.
Support ad-hoc queries and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist project deliverables and process-improvement initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date operational guidelines and ensure KPI and procedures adherence.
