Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance roles; Big 4 audit experience preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change through proactive stakeholder management and a deep understanding of business dynamics.
• Expert-level knowledge of finance, financial modeling, budgeting, and GAAP.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial issues to stakeholders at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Partner with local and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate Month End Close for the Q-Commerce portfolio.
• Develop and maintain tools and financial models to support Month End Close, Forecasts and Budgets.
• Perform variance analysis to explain financial performance and key drivers.
• Prepare management reporting decks to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive process optimization and standardization to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess performance and impact.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Business Insights teams to deliver value-added analysis for forecasting and strategy.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and systems implementations, focusing on automation and regional process improvements.
