Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in facilities/real estate, multi-site/APJ experience, and strong vendor and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Facilities/ Workplace/ Real Estate/ Compliance.
• APJ or multi-site experience preferred.
• Strong vendor, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with virtual/serviced offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, compliance, audits, and risk management across APJ.
• Oversee virtual and serviced office operations across APJ.
• Manage vendors, SLAs, and workplace standards.
• Support Taiwan and Hong Kong office operations.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, Finance & Real Estate.
• Drive projects, space optimization, and regional initiatives.
