Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Commercial Strategy and related roles
• Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems and marketplace platforms
• Proven experience leading complex regional or cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in commercial planning, business transformation, or category strategy
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to livestream commerce or digital marketing a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategic initiatives to improve commercial performance and scalability
• Define commercial priorities, roadmaps, and annual plans with leadership
• Drive transformation programs from ideation through implementation and measurement
• Develop category strategies using ecommerce trends and competitive intelligence
• Lead regional projects across Commercial, Product, Operations, and Country teams
• Build capability through onboarding, training curricula, playbooks, and certification
