Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Licensed Architect with strong project management and tenant design review experience to oversee design layouts across malls in the region. You will evaluate plans, ensure adherence to design criteria, and guide submissions to support smooth tenant operations.

Collaborating with the Regional Design Review Head and AVP-Design Review, you will gather data, analyze information, and prepare actionable plans to enhance service provisions while complying with building

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in retail, mall operations, architecture or related fields.
• Understanding of design layouts and timely submission of design review documents.
• Licensed Architect with willingness to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, provide recommendations, and implement all approved action plans in line with tenant design layouts for all malls in assigned region.
• Ensure that the Tenant Design layouts follow the approved Design Criteria.
• Assist Regional Design Review Head and AVP-Design Review in developing plans by gathering information, analyzing data, and preparing action plans to improve service provisions.
