Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab in the Philippines is seeking an Operations professional to lead GMA depot activities and support national CMU governance. You will ensure daily cabinet operations run smoothly, verify inventory accuracy, and coordinate with servicing partners and depot custodians across regions.

The role requires building standardized processes, maintaining governance frameworks, and driving process improvements while supporting onboarding and training for Regional Cabinet Operations

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in field operations, process improvement, or governance/compliance roles within logistics, FMCG, or beverage distribution preferred.
• Comfortable managing both hands-on depot operations and cross-regional, process-level initiatives.
• Strong data accuracy and audit discipline; comfortable with Excel-based reporting.
• Experience coordinating with and influencing stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Willingness to travel to other regions as needed for process rollout, audits, or RCO support.
• Based in or near GMA preferred.

• Depot Operations Management - Manage day-to-day cabinet operations for the GMA depot, covering capacity, scrapping, inventory, SLA, and cabinet confirmation.
• IRA (Inventory Report Accuracy) Management - Validate that system-recorded cabinet statuses for the GMA depot match physical cabinet status.
• Partner & Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with servicing partners and depot custodians to ensure smooth GMA depot operations.
• CMU Governance Standards - Develop, maintain, and roll out standardized CMU operating processes and governance frameworks across all regions.
• Scrapping Governance Framework - Design and maintain the national scrapping governance framework used by all Regional Cabinet Operations Officers.
• Process Improvement - Identify and implement process improvements across the CMU regional network to strengthen efficiency and compliance.
• Cross-Regional Audit & Reporting - Consolidate and audit IRA and inventory data across all regions; flag anomalies and support corrective action.
• RCO Shadowing & Guidance - Support onboarding, training, and capability-building for Regional Cabinet Operations Officers across regions.
• OPEX & Governance Support - Support the CMU National Operations Manager on OPEX management and governance-related initiatives.

The role

This role combines day-to-day cabinet operations for the GMA depot with a national-level mandate to strengthen CMU process standards and governance. As a key support role to the CMU National Operations, Process Excellence & Cabinet Governance Manager, the position builds and maintains standardized processes, scrapping governance frameworks, and audit/accuracy discipline across the full CMU regional network - in addition to running day-to-day operations for the single GMA depot.

What you'll be responsible for

GMA Depot Operations
