Job description

The Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Ref & Aircon) Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems at customer sites. The role includes diagnosing equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, replacing defective components, testing system performance, and ensuring all work complies with company standards and safety regulations. The technician is expected to provide excellent field service, maintain service tools and equipment, and complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate.

• With related work experience in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

• TESDA NC II in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Servicing (RAC Servicing NC II) is an advantage.

• With complete mandatory government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN).

• Knowledgeable in installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning units.

• Willing to perform field work and travel to assigned service locations.

• Hardworking, and willing to render overtime when necessary.
