Job summary

EPTA GROUP is hiring a Service Technician in Cebu City, Philippines to install, service, and maintain refrigeration systems. You will follow the Service Manual, diagnose issues, and coordinate with clients to deliver timely solutions.

Candidates should have engineering background with refrigeration knowledge, the ability to read blueprints, operate tools, and hold a driver license; 1+ year experience preferred. Vocational certificates welcomed.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with refrigeration knowledge.
• Vocational certification accepted; relevant training preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Refers to the Service Manual to guide standards and best practices in delivering service
• Identifies and recommends repairs and/or replacement of units; provides best solutions to clients and performs service on agreed schedule
• Performs corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance services and recommends solutions
• Complies with the company's safety and PPE policies
• Complies with Basic Occupational Safety Hazards standards ensures that workplace is clean and safe
• Submits Service Report to the Service Center and clients.
• Transmits, and secures delivery receipts, transmittal slips, and other documents
• Coordinates with Warehouse Dept. regarding material requisition and return
• Performs other duties necessary to accomplish goals

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate,
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the commercial refrigeration is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): knowledgeable in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, can read blueprints and layouts, can operate tools and machines, holds driver license
• Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• Preferably knows how to drive four wheels and with driver license
