Job summary

Epta Refrigeration Phils. Inc. is hiring a Service Technician to perform maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems at customer sites in the Philippines.

You will follow the service manual, identify repairs, and deliver service on schedule, ensuring safety compliance and accurate reporting. The role requires a background in refrigeration or HVAC with at least 1 year of relevant experience, a vocational or engineering degree, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma or short course certificate is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic/Electromechanical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Refer to the Service Manual to guide service standards.
• Identify and recommend repairs or replacements and perform service on schedule.
• Perform corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance and suggest solutions.
• Comply with safety and PPE policies.
• Submit service reports to the Service Center and clients.
• Coordinate with Warehouse for material requisitions and returns.
