Job summary

DENB Kitchen Equipment Services in the Philippines is seeking a field service technician to diagnose and repair specialized equipment at customer sites, ensuring uptime and high-quality workmanship.

You will install, test, and calibrate systems, perform preventive maintenance, train on-site staff, and provide timely reports. Adherence to safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE, and clear client communication on timelines and costs are essential.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to diagnose mechanical and electrical on specialized equipment.
• Perform precision repairs, component replacements, and system adjustments efficiently to restore client operations.
• Respond promptly to urgent service calls dispatched by the Service Coordinator to minimize client downtime.
• Install, set up, and test new equipment or systems at customer facilities, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and safety calibrations according to service contract agreements.
• Conduct basic operational and safety training for customers' on-site staff following new equipment installations.
• Complete accurate service reports, logging work hours, parts used, travel time, and client sign-offs immediately upon job completion.
• Provide clear technical feedback to the engineering or production teams regarding recurring product issues or potential design flaws observed in the field.
• Represent the company professionally, keeping clients clearly informed about repair timelines, costs, and necessary next steps.
• Adhere strictly to both company safety regulations and specific client site safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and appropriate PPE usage.
